Steve is very encouraging and makes the sessions interesting, challenging and in some ways, fun.  He is very clear with his direction and pushes me which is exactly what I need.  He assesses the exercises well and adjusts the exercises and my form when needed.  I am glad that I have Steve as my PT.  He is also very easy to talk to and is always willing to talk through any issues or questions I may have.

I would highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer, having worked with him for several months now. Steve put together a tailored program for me to reach my goals and I noticed a difference within a month. He always switches it up which keeps the sessions interesting and fun.
